Leeds & Northrup Model 8687 Volt Potentiometer. Taken out of service in the 80's when it became obsolete. Install the correct batteries and it should work. Instructions included, batteries are not. The history of ownership is known and short (I'm the 3rd).
No reserve. Buyer pays actual shipping cost.
